We are lucky to be in the heart of some of the best wilderness Kayak routes in Ontario. Our Kayak rental guests have access to three of the top wilderness canoeing rivers in Ontario, which are the Nabakwasi River Canoe Route, Circle 4 Canoe Route and the Spanish River Canoe Route. There are some nice rapids and challenging whitewater at various points along the rivers.

We rent good quality and comfortable Kayaks, which are stable for open lake Kayaking and tough for the river rapids. Kayak rentals come with paddles, life jackets, safety kits and floatation bags.

All Kayak routes are maintained by the MNR (Ministry of Natural Resource). There are designated campsites along the rivers but you do not need to stay at these campsites if you do not want to. The no glass and can rules still apply. Food and drink must be stored in reusable or burnable containers. You must leave your campsite absolutely clean.

Usually, Ontario residents do not need permits to camp on crown land but because this is an area maintained by the MNR, all canoe trippers need permits, which are very inexpensive.
